White Tea
White tea is a type of tea that is made from the buds and leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, which are picked before they are fully open. White tea is the least processed of all teas, with unformed greenish leaves with some silver/white tips, and has a delicate and refreshing flavor. Tea has a golden with yellow tone with a mild, sweet, herbaceous, floral aroma. Sometimes known as White Peony tea.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in water that has come to a rolling boil or nearly boiling (200°F-212°F) for 3-5 minutes
