Gunpowder Green Tea
Description
Gunpowder Green Tea
Description:
Gunpowder green tea is a machine rolled green tea that is pan-fired and has a slightly baked, crisp, and vegetal green flavor. Some describe a unique flavor and aroma, when steeped, each individual leaf unrolls or “explodes,” revealing a lightly smoky taste. This is a great basic green tea and our most popular green tea. Gunpowder, which is also called zhu cha, is favored by many who have switched from coffee to green tea for health benefits. Due to its caffeine content, gunpowder tea may provide a gentle energy boost without the jitters associated with other caffeinated beverages.
