Green Sencha Tea
Description
Green Sencha Tea
Description:
As a quintessential Japanese green tea, it distinguishes itself through its refined taste, aromatic leaves, and meticulous cultivation and processing methods. Unlike other green teas, Sencha leaves are exposed to sunlight, contributing to their vibrant color and nuanced flavor profile. After harvesting, the leaves undergo a steaming process to prevent oxidation, preserving their color and nutritional properties.
Sencha green tea is not just a refreshing beverage; it’s a symbol of peace, tranquility, and the delicate balance of nature. Sip mindfully and enjoy its myriad benefits!
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water, around 175°F, for 3-5 minutes. Green tea needs a lower temperature than black teas. If you had a cup of green tea that was too bitter, chances are you used water that was too hot.
