Use 1 tsp. of tea leaves per 8 oz of water.
Heat water to 200 to 212 degrees F (rolling boil or nearly boiling).
Steep the tea for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Strain the tea and add hot milk of your choice. We recommend using whole milk, half-and-half, or a non-dairy alternative such as oat or almond milk. Sweeten to taste with sugar, honey, or your preferred sweetener.

You can also enjoy it as a refreshing iced latte. Simply brew the tea as instructed, then let it cool slightly and pour it over ice. Add cold milk and sweetener as desired.
