Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water.
Heat water to a rolling boil or nearly boiling (200°F-212°F).
Steep the tea for 3 to 5 minutes, or longer depending on your taste preference.

Strain the tea and enjoy it plain or with your choice of sweetener and/or milk. We recommend using honey, maple syrup, or stevia for sweetness, and almond, oat, or coconut milk for creaminess.
You can also enjoy as a refreshing iced tea. Simply brew the tea as instructed, then let it cool slightly and pour it over ice. Add sweetener and/or milk as desired.
